2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received the wrong item
- The item arrived damaged
- There is a manufacturing defect
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original packaging
- Returned within 5 days maximum of delivery (for Egypt) and 14 days (for international orders)
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Earrings
- Customized items

4. Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item for another design, size, or color:
- Contact us within 3 days maximum of receiving your order
- We will confirm availability
- Shipping costs for exchanges may apply
5. Return Shipping Costs
- For incorrect, damaged, or defective items: We cover return shipping costs
