2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  1. You received the wrong item
  2. The item arrived damaged
  3. There is a manufacturing defect

Items must be:

  1. Unworn and unused
  2. In their original packaging
  3. Returned within 5 days maximum of delivery (for Egypt) and 14 days (for international orders)

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Earrings
  2. Customized items
  3. Sale items or promotions

4. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for another design, size, or color:

  1. Contact us within 3 days maximum of receiving your order
  2. We will confirm availability
  3. Shipping costs for exchanges may apply

5. Return Shipping Costs

  1. For incorrect, damaged, or defective items: We cover return shipping costs
  2. For all other reasons: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility

Shipping fees (initial or return) are non-refundable.

6. Refunds

Refunds apply only when:

  1. We cannot replace or exchange an item
  2. The item is defective or unavailable

Refunds will be issued:

  1. Through the original payment method
  2. Within 7–14 business days after inspection

  2. Photos of the packaging and product

We will arrange a replacement or suitable solution promptly.
